Michael Goldman
President
Michael Goldman has been a Florida Certified General Contractor since 1989. He holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida. Upon graduation, Michael began his career in South Florida working for several high-profile construction and real estate development companies.
During that time, he gained knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the construction industry, from bidding and estimating, to project management, sales, and marketing. In 1996, Michael founded Gen-X Construction. Today, Michael handles business development, project estimates, and construction management.
Denise Goldman
Vice President
Denise Goldman is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also holds a Master of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University. Denise has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989.
She worked in public accounting and private practice prior to joining the Gen-X Construction team in 2001. Denise oversees the company from a financial aspect and is responsible for overall office management.
Ernest Espinoza
Senior Superintendent
Ernest Espinoza has been with Gen-X Construction since 1998. He oversees every project by working hand in hand with all subcontractors. He also coordinates all phases of the construction schedule, from mobilization to final inspections.

Sean Mayer
Superintendent
Sean Mayer joined Gen-X Construction as a full-time employee in 2013. Prior to that, he worked with Gen-X Construction as a subcontractor for several years.
Sean has worked in the construction field his entire life and has experience in all phases of the construction process. He is on-site on a daily basis to ensure quality control and to handle any unforeseen issues that may occur.
