On behalf of the 1,800 PGA members located throughout South Florida, we want to sincerely thank you for the excellent work in renovating and expanding our headquarters building. Throughout the entire project you and your team were great partners and ensured we were satisfied with every step. Sean Mayer could not have been a better representative of your company on a daily basis.
One of the items that impressed us most was before the project even started and after we had signed the contract, you walked through the building offering suggestions for where we could ultimately save money and time on the project. We knew at that point we had hired the right contractor and the project would be handled properly. Not only was the project completed on budget but it was also completed well in advance of the deadline we had for completion.
Our Board of Directors held their first meeting in the new building in December, and to the person they could not have been more impressed in the final product. You have allowed our staff to be more efficient and given us a building that makes all the PGA members in South Florida proud to say it is their home.
Thank you again for your dedication to our project and know that we would offer the highest recommendation of Gen-X to anyone who asks.

Please accept my personal congratulations, and the thanks and appreciation of our entire Congregation on the successful completion of the 2 story 18,000 square foot addition to our Temple complex.
The project was handled in a most professional manner with completion 2 months ahead of schedule and significantly under the projected guaranteed maximum price.
In addition, your suggestions for cost reductions and detailed improvements in the construction lead to a superior building of which we are all proud. You accomplished all of these achievements while using fine materials and attention to detail that resulted in minimum cleanup and very few punch list items. In addition, your staff, and subcontractors were always courteous, observed our ongoing activities and minimize any interruptions or difficulties while performing their assigned tasks.
Our legacy will be that we now occupy a Gen-X constructed building of which many future generations will be proud. I was honored to have been associated with you during the entire construction activity and will always consider you a personal friend. Again, on behalf of the professional staff of our Temple, our 550 member families and all those who will use our facility in the future, our grateful thanks for a job well-done.

As it turns out, I believe you were the only man that could have accomplished the task. I have been involved in several projects over my life, nothing of this size or scope.
